Autopilot DAP120
- 6 DoF full attitude solution -

DAP120 integration into the MX-SIGHT airfame
The DAP120 autopilot is fully developed by UAV SERVICES & SYSTEMS.
It is a tailored solution for the MX-SIGHT fixed-wing platform with a highly reliable hard-and firmware implementation.
Navigation is always based on an underlying dead reckoning algorithm with drift corrections by absolute GPS position fixes.

INBUILT FAILSAFE MODE
The failsafe mode automatically will fly back the plane to the home location and conducts the autonomous belly landing or the parachute deploy.
For safety reasons this mode can be engaged/disengaged at any time of the flight - independend from any AP mode by remote control.
In case the airborne transceiver fails this mode is engaged automatically.
In parallel it can be engaged by an TTL input, e.g. triggered by an independend working FTU (Flight Termination UNIT).
